• Must be a resident of Odisha.
• Should be covered under NFSA (National Food Security Act) or SFSS (State Food Security Scheme).
• If not covered under NFSA/SFSS, the family income should not exceed ₹2.5 lakh per annum.
• The applicant’s age should be between 21 to 60 years as of 01.04.2025.
• Born between 02.04.1965 and 01.04.2004 are eligible.
• Must possess a valid Aadhaar card with the correct date of birth.

Who is Ineligible for Subhadra Yojana Application procees?

Certain categories of women are not eligible to receive benefits under this scheme:

• Women who are MPs, MLAs, or their family members.
• Any Income Tax payee.
• Elected public representatives in any local body (except Ward Member/Councillor).
• Regular or contractual government employees, including those from PSU or boards, and their families.
• Owners of 4-wheeler vehicles (except tractors, mini-trucks, small commercial vehicles).
• Families owning more than 5 acres irrigated or 10 acres non-irrigated land.
