Eligibility for Basava Vasati Yojana 2023:
- Residency: The applicant must be a permanent resident of Karnataka state.
2. Existing House Condition: The applicant should not have a permanent house.
3. Income Condition: The annual income of the applicant is mandatory to be less than 32000.
4. Cast Condition: The applicant must be a person belonging to Below Poor Line (BPL), Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), and minority communities.

Essential Documents of Karnataka Basava Vasati Yojana:
To avail of benefits under Karnataka Basava Vasati Yojana 2023, applicants generally need to submit the following documents:
- Proof of Identity (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID Card, etc.).
2. Proof of residence (residence certificate, utility bill, etc.).
3. Income certificate or BPL (Below Poverty Line) card.
4. Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC applicants).
5. Passport size photographs.
6. Any other document specified by the concerned authorities.
Basav Vasati Yojana 2023 Application Procedure:
- First, the applicant has to visit the official website of the Karnataka Government https://ashraya.karnataka.gov.in/index.aspx.
2. Then you have to do it on this website.
3. People have to go to the home page and click on these.
4. After that select your district.
5. Log in by entering your login ID and password.
6. After that the application form will appear in front of you. In this form, you have to fill in all the information like your full name, address, date of birth, Aadhar card number, etc.
7. After that, the necessary documents of this scheme i.e. Aadhar Card, Rashi Card, Income Certificate, Caste Certificate, and passport-size photographs of the applicant have to be uploaded.
8. After that finally click on submit button.
9. After that a receipt will be available in front of you, you have to print it and keep it with you.
Similarly, the application process for Basava Vasati Yojana will be completed. Its concerned officer will check and verify your application. Your application will be approved in 20 days. This letter will be sent to you by post.
