swamitv yojana up:It has been several decades since the survey and documentation of land in India. In many states of our countries, the population area survey of villages is not available and the Gram Panchayat does not have maps of many lakh villages. Because of this, the people of those villages do not have any ownership legal documents, maps of their land, house and property. Due to this, those people cannot get any government work, bank loan facility. Knowing this problem, the Modi government of the Center has started the Pradhan Mantri Swamitva Yojana in the year 2020. According to this scheme, the government will conduct drone survey of the population and settlements of villages of all the states of the country using modern technical drones and on the basis of this survey, maps will be made and ownership of people’s land, property and houses will be made and property cards will be provided to the people.

Swamitv Yojana up Objective:

• 1. To survey all the villages of the country.
• 2. To prepare maps and records after surveying all the villages.
• 3. To provide ownership documents to the people of their property, land and houses.
• 4. To provide maps and records of the villages included in their area to all the Gram Panchayats of the country.
• 5. To identify personal property, government property, Gram Sabha land, roads, open land plots etc. in the populated areas of the villages of the country.
• 6. To create survey infrastructure and GIS maps in all the states. Which can be used by any of the government departments.
• 7. This survey can be used for government development plans in the Gram Panchayat of the villages of the country.
• 8. To work on land and property disputes in the rural areas of the country and to resolve them, to do rural economic empowerment and to prepare digital records of properties.

Swamitv Yojana UP Up Benefits :

• Through this scheme, property owners of villages are provided ownership cards.
•  People can use this ownership card to get loan or financial assistance.
•  According to this scheme, disputes regarding land, property or house in villages are reduced.
•  By using this ownership card as a shifting asset, it empowers them and provides them stability.
•  Under this scheme, accurate land records and GIS maps of villages are prepared. This can be used by the Gram Panchayat for determining tax.

Swamitv Yojana UP Eligibility:

• 1 Applicant should be a permanent resident of India.
• 2 In the country, it is necessary to own land, house or property.
• 3. The applicant should have Aadhar card.
• 4. Cooperation should be done during drone survey.
• 5. The property should be mapped and surveyed
• 6 The property must be registered under the law at the local land office.

Need of Swamitva Yojana UP:

• Survey has not been done in the populated areas of all the villages of the country yet, all those villages have to be surveyed.
• Many property owners of the country do not have legal documents of their property or land. Those people have to be provided legal ownership documents.
• Many Gram Panchayats of the country do not have maps of their villages. Due to this, they are unable to determine property tax. So this scheme is needed to provide them maps of villages.

Swamitv Yojana UP UP Coverage:

This ownership scheme is applicable to all the states of the country. The target period of this scheme has been kept from April 2020 to March 2029. In the first phase, 10 states and 2 union territories have been included in this scheme. Which includes states like Haryana, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh (UP), Uttarakhand, Punjab, Rajasthan etc.

Progress of implementation of Swamitva Yojana Up till date:

This scheme has 10 states and 2 union territories in the first phase.

According to this scheme, 312556 villages have been surveyed so far. In which 2.25 crore ownership (property cards) have been distributed.

Swamitv Yojana UP Survey Process:

The Survey of India will take aerial images using commercial survey grade unmanned drones for mapping the population area in rural areas. The images taken through drones will be checked at the Geographic Information System Laboratory of the Government of India. Then after checking, the final population map will be prepared and handed over to the District Officer or Sub-District Officers of the states.

Swamitva Yojana card download:

• 1. The applicant has to go to the official website of Uttar Pradesh Government.
• 2. The home page of the official website will open in front of you. In this, you have to enter the property id
• 3. After that the owner has to give his mobile number. Which is linked to the owner’s Aadhaar. Click on send OTP.
• 4. After that, after including the OTP received on your mobile, click on the verify button.
• 5. After this, click on download ownership card. The ownership property card will be downloaded in front of you, you can save it and keep a soft copy or take a print of it and keep it with you.

In this way the process of downloading the ownership plan card is complete

Swamitv Yojana UP Village List|घरौनी कैसे देखे:

• 1. For this, the applicant has to go to the official website of the government.
• 2. There the dashboard page will appear. In which you have to select your district.
• 3. After this, you have to select your taluka / block.
• 4. After that, the list of your villages will appear in front of you.

You can download and print this list. In this way the process of viewing the Swamitva Yojana up village list is completed.
