Haryana Antyodaya Parivahan Yojana 2024 | Happy Yojana: Manohar Lala Khattar Government of Haryana state has started Haryana Antyodaya Parivar Parivahan Yojana to help the poor and economically weak families of the state.
The name of this scheme is Haryana Antodaya Parivar Parivahan Yojana. According to this scheme, the state has given concession in bus fare of Haryana Roadways for 1000 kilometers per year to poor families with income less than Rs 1 lakh.

This scheme has also become popular by the name of Happy Scheme. Under this scheme, General Managers of Roadways Depots of all the districts have been instructed to issue Happy Cards to all the eligible candidates resident of Haryana.
This scheme was launched by the Honorable Chief Minister of Haryana, Manohar Lal Khattar on 7 March 2024. In this program, he said that more than 22 lakh families have benefited from this “Antodaya Parivar Parivahan Yojana”.

Haryana Antyodaya Parivahan Yojana 2024 Application Fee:
- General/BCA/BCB/EWS: Rs. 50/-

3. Age Limit: There is no age limit to apply for a Happy Card.
Haryana Antyodaya Parivahan Yojana 2024 Eligibility :
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Haryana.
2. The annual income of the applicant’s family must be less than Rs.1 lakh.
3. It is mandatory for the applicant to have a family identity card.
4. It is necessary to have an Aadhaar-linked mobile number.
Note: There is no age limit for this scheme.

The process to get Haryana Antyodaya Parivahan Yojana 2024 (Happy Bus Pass/Card):
- Issuance fee Rs. 50 per card will be charged. This fee is non-refundable.
2. Cards will be delivered by pre-selected depots within 15 days after successful application verification.
3. Applicants will receive an SMS notification when their card arrives at the depot. After this, they can go to the depot and collect their card.
4. Original government-issued ID (PPP ID, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport) must be submitted during card collection.
5. On initial application, applicants must enter the given OTP and set a new PIN.
6. Finally, once your applicant’s process is approved or successful, you will get the card, after which the applicant can use the card.
Haryana Antyodaya Parivahan Yojana 2024 Instructions for existing NCMC cardholders activating the card:
- Documents Required: Present original Haryana Roadways NCMC Card along with government-issued ID at the depot.
2. Activation Details: Provide the Happy Pass reference number and OTP to the depot operator.
3. Loading and Usage: On loading the card at the depot, the Happy Card becomes immediately available for use.
Haryana Antyodaya Parivahan Yojana 2024 Online Application Process:
- First, the applicant has to visit the official website of Haryana State https://ebooking.hrtransport.gov.in/#/ppp/apply/happy.
2. A page of APPY CARD / HARYANA ANTYODAYA PARIVAR PARIVAHAN YOJANA will open in front of you.
In this first option, fill in the captcha code given below by including PPP Family ID and click on SEND OTP TO VERIFY.
3. After that OTP will come on the mobile number linked to your PPI ID card. You have to log in by entering that OTP.
4. After that, one page after another will open in front of you. In which the names of all the people in your family will be visible.
Select the name of the person for whom you are applying and then click on click to apply.
5. After that a form will open in front of you in which you have to include your mobile number, and Aadhaar number, fill in the captcha code given below, and click on apply
6. Fill out the final form and click on submit. After this, a message will appear in front of you saying that your application for the NCMC happy card has been successfully processed.
7. After that, within 15 days your application will be checked and verified and your application will be approved. After that, you can download that card online print it, and start using it.
